Children's Ministries
NURSURY:
Coordinator - Dena Gregory
Thank you for entrusting your child to us on Sunday mornings. We believe that from the earliest age children begin to experience the love of God through those around them. Our nursery is open to serve you and your child. Let us know how we are doing!
CHILDRENS CHURCH:
(ages 4-5th grade)
Revolutions Children's Church is lots of fun! We incorporate learning Gods Word with games, challenges and puppets. Our worship videos include modern worship music and images of children worshiping our KING, Jesus Christ. Our childrens sermons are designed to help kids grow closer to our SAVIOR, Jesus Christ, helping them to deal with everyday situations. We strive to find fun ways meet our biggest goal&getting to know God and His Word, the Bible. Come Worship, Learn and PLAY at RIO Revolutions Childrens Church!

GODS PLANET:

Just as the Air Force trains pilots to fly we want to equip kids in grades 1 - 6 with the skills they need to do as Jesus commanded Go ye therefore into all the world . Along with scripture memory, the GODS PLANET workbook will have mission projects to complete. Projects like, help an elderly person with yard work or take on 1 new chore at home. These types of projects will be signed off by a parent/guardian after the child completes them. Some projects will be completed during Gods Planet meeting time. Projects like creating models of churches being built in foreign countries or learning about different cultures and environments in the world through fun games and activities. Our goal is for the Gods Planet program to reach children in these areas...
(1.) Lead children to Jesus through the path of salvation.
(2.) Teach kids the servanthood of Christ.
(3.) Equip children with the foundational tools for ministry.
(4.) Cultivate a heart of compassion for the lost.
(5.) Commission children to reach their generation for Christ.
This will be accomplished through Scripture Memory Verses, Learning to recite the Books of the Bible (to become familiar in locating scripture), Bible Stories, Multi-Cultural Awareness (seeing others as God sees them), Personal & Group Mission Projects, Unite Children with Common Goals That Please God, and Fun - Team Building Game Time. Upon completing a 3 week introduction worksheet, EACH CHILD WILL RECEIVE: Their own Navigator Workbook, a T-shirt with Gods Planet logo, Gods Planet Passport (upon completion of each section, this passport will be stamped), Tote bag with logo for carrying bible and workbook from home to Gods Planet, and special reward pins and patches for multi level and yearly achievements.

We have a wonderful Sunday School class with people who are excited to look into the Word of God and learn how to live a more vibrant, challenging life as a christian. Come join us and allow God to challenge you to grow, adapt, and experience life through faith as we make this incredilble journey together searching out the truths of scripture. You will also build lasting relationships and realize that we need each other if we are going to make a difference in this world. You are welcome!
School of Leaders

The School of Leaders Class is a class offered to anyone who has went through mens or womens Encounter. The class is designed to train and lift up people to be able to start their own cell group. The 22 week class covers lessons ranging from the vision of the church, structure of a cell group, building a cell group and how to be a leader. Some people may not feel that the are called to start a cell group, but after taking this class you will be uplifted, trained and have the credentials to lead others.

Our Wednesday night service is dedicated to equipping the Saints for the work of ministry. Our goal is for the Saints of our Lord to become more like Him as we enter into His presence with worship. A message delivered with the purpose of stretching the faith of all believers in attendance. Our primary purpose is for the Saints to understand, in a practical way, how to walk in Spirit and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh that the Lord Jesus may receive the glory due Him.
Cell Groups
If you are looking for a way to meet new people then cells for you. You can mature in your Christian walk and experience evangelism on a weekly basis. These groups meet in homes, restaurants, and multiple other places, and are centered around helping one another to be successful as Christians.

We believe that through cell groups we can maximize the effectiveness of discipleship. These small group prayer and bible studies with one goal in common, getting to know our Savior Jesus Christ better. With the small groups we build friendships while growing deeper in love with Jesus. College and Career

Steve and Tina Hepperly Our College & Career Ministry brings young adults (18-early 30's) together with the intent of building community and growing in Christ. Our goal is growth - spiritually, mentally and physically - as we all desire to become better in our faith, classes, jobs and relationships. As a result, our mission is to invite young adults into a community of faith where they can continue to grow while becoming more active in the church body and missions.

My hope as Hospitality Director is to be the first sign of God's love and a great church as people come to worship with us. I work closely with the Pastor and his wife to help keep them informed and updated on church attendance. It is my prayer that through love and a smile, we can make people feel welcome here at Revolution allowing them to become regular in their attendance and help them grow in their personal relationship with Jesus.

Panama:
Panama in my opinion is the country that has been impacted the most by RIO missions. The message of Jesus Christ, and the Panamanian Christians are forcefully advancing His kingdom. RIO Revolution recently built, and dedicated 1 church as well as started work on a second on a recent 5 day trip into the jungle. The love, and dedication of the believers there has forever touched my heart. Their dedication, and passion will continue to see exponential growth throughout the years to come. Panama Christmas should minister to 6500 children with gifts, and the gospel. God bless Panama and the growing church there.

Haiti:
Haiti is one of the countries that RIO has started new ministries in for 2007. We are currently helping to support an orphanage of 125 kids in the LaHatte area near Port-au-Prince. We have teamed up with LOCC mission. They have been ministering in Haiti since 1970 and is currently run by John Hawthorne who's father founded the ministry. The ministry has a second orphanage 12 hours outside of PAP. We are working with the 30 churches that are part of this network. Several prisons in the Capitol and surrounding areas have granted us permission to preach in the adult as well as children's prisons. Pray for souls to be saved in these prisons. There is a strong influence of Voodo in Haiti but research shows that Christianity has doubled in the last 15 years. Pray for the people in the poorest nation in this hemisphere. The transforming power of Jesus Christ is bringing freedom to the captives. We plan to increase our efforts in this country for 2008 with adult and children's crusades, building projects, jail ministry, and introduce Encounter weekends, and pastor's conferences. REMEMBER HAITI not many others do.
